Robert Hart is a British Rock Vocalist and songwriter. His career has seen him play with the likes of The Distance, Company of Snakes and Bad Company, as well as the Jones gang and more recently Manfred Mann’s Earth Band. His recording styles have varied and he can range from Pop to West Coast to Blues Rock to Hard Rock, such is his ability.

In 1989 Robert recorded a solo album “Cries and Whispers” which can be described as prime time AOR and has been a highly sought after recording ever since. The album was originally released on Atlantic Records with Stewart Levine at the production desk.

Three years later Robert was the first recording artist to be signed by Hollywood Records which was owned by Disney and had the pleasure of working with the great Russ Ballard. The resulting album “Robert Hart” charted in more than 18 countries and it was a great AOR Rock Album that got him noticed By Bad Company’s Mick Ralphs who then asked him to front Bad Company following the departures of Paul Rodgers and Brian Howe. In 1995 Robert Co-wrote the album “Company of Strangers” and he has since become a household name in Rock Circles.

The two solo albums “Robert Hart” & “Cries and Whispers” were re-released together in digipack form by Escape Music in 2013 and this package reminded fans just how good Robert is. Robert also worked with Jim Kirkpatrick (FM guitarist) on the DIESEL album “into the fire” in the same year and this has further cemented Roberts reputation as a top notch vocalist.

Fast forward to 2020 and Robert is back with a brand new album called “Pure” – and this is something else as Robert has given us 12 fresh sounding songs that have a unique pop rock sound. Names like Robert Plant and Go West come to mind, these are really catchy songs and are instantly remembered after just one listen.

En este nuevo disco han cambiado un poco, no sé si será algo puntual o es la nueva línea del grupo. Es un cambio parecido al de Battle Beast, de un Heavy Metal de corte clásico han pasado a un sonido algo más accesible y comercial.

Swedish classic rock/AOR supergroup THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA are set to take off with the release of their intergalactic new album »Aeromantic,« on February28 via Nuclear Blast. «More drama» is the name of the game – and the band staight delivers class in the form of the official music video for the first single ‘Divinyls,’ directed by René U Valdes of Bravo Bravo Films.

The band about ‘Divinyls’: «So, you thought you knew what THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA was all about? You were sure that they were all about good times, boogie woogie, radio friendly AOR? Damn, you were wrong. The one thing that has kept those aging Swedish hearts beating for so long is DRAMA! Internal conflicts, external conflicts, rumours and exaggerations.

On February 28th, we will release our new album, ‘Aeromantic’. It is a street opera based upon shattered dreams, broken illusions, and the fact that we are all something much less than the person we were supposedto be. But in the darkness there’s a always a glimmer of hope. And from that glimmer of hope, with the right mindset, you can sculpt and create a whole lot of Swedish classic rock melodrama.

We will be releasing the first single and video from the upcoming album, on Jan 3rd, entitled ‘Divinyls’. ‘Divinyls’ is about doing the impossible and pushing your inner dreams to the forefront of your psycheand being in total control of your own future. The video shows two young figure skaters, battling pressure from their demanding coaches, but biting the bullet while they pursue their dreams. You could say the story has hints of the Tonya Harding and NancyKerrigan drama, with the exception that these two young aspiring ladies, become friends in the end.

We would like to thank figure skaters Karina Ljunggren and Ida Thörn for their amazing performances on ice and also their coach Alisa Latysheva, starring as herself in the video. Also a big thank you to figureskating club GF IDROTT in Landskrona, Sweden, for making this video a reality, as well as our amazing video director René Valdez.

«Kiss From Above» is the third single from the next album «Discovery» which will be released in march or april via RN Records. It’s also the first single with Alexander Frisborg on lead vocals. Many of you will recognize Alex wonderful voice as he was also the lead singer on «Long Way From Home» on «First Mission».

The song is written by Victor Olsson, lyrics by Victor and Alexander Frisborg, mixed, mastered and produced by Thomas Plec Johansson at The Panic Room in Skövde, Sweden. Drums recorded by Thomas Plec Johansson, Bengan Andersson and Victor Olsson at Nordic Sound Lab in Skara, Sweden. Executive Producers: The founders and supervisors Ron Dahlgren and Nina Dahlgren along with Victor Olsson.
